Shipping Fees

Free shipping within Cairo and Giza.

Shipping to other governorates will be charged based on the destination, as determined by the shipping company.

For deliveries outside Cairo and Giza, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm the order and shipping process.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for our products ranges from 2 to 10 days from the order date.

If the order is placed after 3:00 PM, it will be processed on the next business day, meaning the delivery time (2-10 days) will start from the following day.

Delivery Delays

If the order is delayed for more than 10 days from the purchase date, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

Delivery Conditions

Gardenia Furniture works closely with the shipping service to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
However, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Gardenia Furniture reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in the following cases:

• The customer does not respond to shipping service calls.
• Incorrect information is provided (such as address or phone number).
• Any other reason that prevents successful delivery.
