Return Conditions
Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
A purchase receipt or proof of payment is required to complete the return process.
Exchange Conditions & Damaged/Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- You received the wrong item.
Products can be exchanged within 14 days in these cases.
Clear photos of the defective product must be sent to our customer service team for review and approval before proceeding with the exchange.
Shipping & Return Fees
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order error, Gardenia Furniture will cover the full shipping cost.
For other return cases, the customer will bear the shipping fees in coordination with the company.

- Once approved, the product must be returned via our designated shipping provider in coordination with the company.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
