Warranty Duration

We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and issues related to materials under normal residential use.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Structural defects in the metal frame due to poor welding (not caused by misuse).
  • Peeling or discoloration of the paint due to factory faults.
  • Unexpected damage to rattan or fabric materials under normal outdoor conditions.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches, fading, or minor weathering.
  • Damage caused by severe weather conditions (e.g. storms, floods, high winds).
  • Use of harsh chemicals or improper cleaning agents.

Warranty Exclusion – Imported Products

Please note that imported products are not covered under our warranty policy. These items are sold as-is and are not subject to repair, replacement, or refund due to manufacturing or material defects.

We recommend inspecting imported items carefully upon delivery and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.
